These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vanish, a data broker removal service operated by Polsia Inc. ("Vanish," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Vanish, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Vanish scans 210+ data broker databases using your name and location to identify where your personal information is publicly listed. Paid subscribers receive:
Important: Vanish acts as your authorized agent to submit removal requests. We cannot guarantee removal from every broker — some brokers may reject requests, delay processing, or re-list data after initial removal. We pursue removal diligently, but outcomes vary by broker.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vanish account and subscribe to the service. By using Vanish, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may only use Vanish to request removal of your own personal data. Using Vanish to scan or remove data belonging to other individuals without their explicit written consent is prohibited.
Price: $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
Billing cycle: Your subscription begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each month on the same date until cancelled.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (e.g., EU consumer protection rules).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Vanish's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or harm from data broker listings). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Vanish is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:

You may delete your account at any time. To do so:
Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule. Active subscriptions will be cancelled automatically on account deletion.
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes that reduce core functionality at least 14 days in advance. If you disagree with a change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of Vanish after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, except where prohibited by local consumer protection law.
